ORION EPAC
ORION is a program that's going to let scientists see more of the ocean than they've ever seen before. That's because of a system of buoys and other tools that will be set out all over the ocean. It's called OOI, the Ocean Observatories Initiative. ORION EPAC stands for the Ocean Research Interactive Observatory Network Education and Public Awareness Committee.
